Sunset Lakes Ski Club
The really great thing about the ski club, you do not need to trailer your own boat, you do not have to worry about a driver and you can get world class coaching if you want it! It is great to be able to hang on the dock with world class elite skiers who are here for the same reason as you. Great conditions, fantastic boats and a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you are skiing as a family or dropping the kids off for the day it is great fun for everyone.

After Hours & Week-end Club
This membership is for those people who want to ski after work and on the weekends. You will be able to ski with other adults and families without the hassles of putting a boat in or having to find a driver. This is like being a member of a golf course, you bring your ski equipment and we provide the ride. There is no initiation fee however there is a small yearly club fee. You then pay for your sets by purchasing a book of tickets. In addition you will also receive the following perks:

15% off all pro shop items (excluding hard goods i.e. skis and bindings)
15%-20% off all tournaments except club specific tournaments. (we kindly ask that if you are participating in a tournament that you help out with dock starting, trick video, judging etc.)
Special pricing on weekly ski school rates (1st week 25% off, 2nd week 30% off)
2 for 1 special - any club family can send 2 kids for the price of one. One week is $1,350 and includes skiing up to 3 sets a day, room and board and meals Monday through Friday.
Tickets and Pricing for 2024
Single membership $1,250
Family membership $2,250
Couple Membership $1,750
A book of digital tickets (10) are sold and can be used for rides and lessons. A book of tickets cost $200.
Single ride = 1 ticket
Staff ride = 1.5 tickets
Staff lesson = 2 tickets
Lesson w/ Jon, Natie or Chris = 3 tickets
Lesson w/ Jack = 5 Tickets
Tournament Cost
HOA - 1 event $120 - 2 events $140 - 3 events $160
Club - 1 event $180 - 2 events $190 - 3 events $205
All tournament cost above are for regular record events held at Sunset Lakes. These cost do not include specialty events, class c or events held by collegiate teams.
Club Hours
Monday - Friday sunup till 8am any lake that is open. 12:30pm - 1:30pm please use only Lake Grace or Lake Sarah. 5pm - dusk use any lake that is open. (please contact us if you are going to ski with a staff member)
Saturday 9:30am - 2:00pm. Please contact us if you plan to ski with a staff member. If you’re skiing with other club members you can ski whenever you like
Sunday you can ski at any time but only with other club members. Sunset Lakes Staff are not available for Sunday sessions.
Club Requirements
Each ski club member needs to be CPR and first aid certified.
Each ski club member must be safe sport certified
Each ski club member that plans to drive must be AWSA trained driver certified or have a Florida boaters license
Each ski club member must help out min 2 hrs during Sunset Lakes tournaments
Each ski club member must be a member of USA Water Ski. When you join we kindly ask that you list Sunset Lakes Ski Club as your affiliation
Full Club Membership
The full club membership is restricted to home owners only. In addition you will also receive the following perks:
